Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at support@eyesoffire.store immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Depending on our drops, the time between order placement and the order being shipped may be different due to production times, pre-orders, etc. Please refer to the product description to see if there is a specific shipping timeframe for your pieces.

If your order is domestic (within India), you should receive your package within 6-10 days of placing an order. For international orders, delivery times are estimated to be 10-21 business days with expedited options between 3-7 days, but delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.
